Acquisition Planning & Management

Providing customers with executive level acquisition program management and liaison services with expertise in Programmatic Congressional Liaison, Navy/DoD Budgeting Process, Programmatic Financial Management, Procurement/Acquisition Strategy, and Production Progress Analysis. Sayres provides insight and analysis for long-term planning of customer programs. Sayres provides recommendations for action plans, program documentation, and executive level briefs ranging from Program Manager to Senior DoD and Congressional officials.

Engineering

Providing engineering services in the areas of System Requirements Development, Design & Analysis, Production, Integrated Logistics Support, Test & Evaluation, Independent Verification & Validation (IVV), and System Deployment. Sayres adjudicates technical resolution of issues that arise during production testing and delivers findings via regular status reports and briefings. Sayres ensures its customers receive a product which meets or exceeds performance expectations and is compliant with all applicable military, U.S., and international regulations.

Program and Contract Management

Sayres develops, integrates, and maintains project schedules for various Government agencies. By facilitating communications and coordination among all project personnel and contractors, Sayres prepares guidance, policies, responses to inquiries, position papers, briefings, reports, and summary documents. Sayres reviews and analyzes reports and products provided by project personnel and contractors; develops and tracks the overall budget; and defines, tracks, and mitigates risks associated with the project. Sayres services are provided by a well seasoned staff whose acquisition and procurement management experience in the Government and commercial sectors are second to none.
